Welcome to Curly Sweets Bakery! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Delivery and Pickup Terms

- Order Dates: All orders must be confirmed via email and placed at least one week in advance. All drops must be ordered by announced deadline date. As a small business, we make everything to order and need time to ensure your order is perfected.

- Delivery Timing: The time you select at checkout for delivery is when your Uber Courier will be ordered for pickup. Please note that we are not responsible for traffic conditions or the duration of the driver’s arrival. It is your responsibility to consider the estimated time it may take for the driver to connect and reach your destination when selecting your delivery time. This means that your order will always arrive after the time you have chosen.

- Pickup Grace Period: There is a 15-minute grace period for your pickup. If you do not pick up your order within 12 hours of the initially scheduled time, your baked goods will be made available for others to purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

- Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time for a full refund by emailing us at curlysweetsbakery@gmail.com. Orders canceled within 72 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

- Allergen Warning: Our kitchen processes items that contain nuts. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge this risk.

- Health Disclaimer: Curly Sweets Bakery and Leean Suleminian are not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from the consumption of our products. We encourage customers to inform us of any allergies before placing an order.

3. Payment Terms

- All orders must be paid in full before Curly Sweets Bakery begins to create them. Payments can be made via PayPal, Venmo.

4. Consent to Use Images

- By purchasing from Curly Sweets Bakery, you grant us permission to use any photos taken of your baked goods for marketing purposes (free of charge), including but not limited to social media, website, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform us at the time of your order.

5. Changes to Terms

- Curly Sweets Bakery reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes through email or via our website.

6. Acknowledgment of Terms

- By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. You may indicate your acceptance by signing below or checking a box in our online order form.
